e-Atlas

e-AtlasThe e-Atlas is a cross institution knowledge repository for capturing and visualising environmental research. Its goal is to improve access and use of science for environmental management decision-making as well as fostering collaboration between researchers.

The e-Atlas uses a sophisticated mapping system to allow research data from different sources and projects to be combined together within one platform, allowing data to be viewed in a wider context. The following is a list of all the map layers in the e-Atlas.

The e-Atlas is the official repository for 38 research projects under the National Environmental Research Program – Tropical Ecosystems (NERP-TE) Hub and 6 projects under Reef Rescue Marine Monitoring Program. In addition to this the e-Atlas contains results from the now completed Marine and Tropical Sciences Research Facility (MTSRF).
